DEI Charrettes - A series of Pop-up studios
2 hours
Duration
About the Course
Reassessing DEI. Reframing the Work. Rebuilding What Comes Next.
In Honor of the 12th Anniversary of Global Diversity Collaborative
Since that time, organizations, cultures, politics and workforces have changed — yet many DEI approaches have not.
To mark this moment, I’m opening a limited series of Pop-Up DEI Charrettes: live, collaborative sessions designed to take an honest look at the current state of DEI and collectively identify more relevant, resilient paths forward.
This is not a training.
It’s not a panel.
And it’s not performative
It’s a working session for people who care about the future of this work.
What Is a DEI Charrette?
A charrette is a facilitated, solution-focused working session rooted in design and collaboration.
Using Global Diversity Collaborative’s proprietary Strategic Diversity Charrette methodology, participants will work together to:
Assess the current DEI landscape honestly
Surface real challenges facing the work today
Identify what is no longer effective
Collaborate on more adaptive, sustainable approaches
This format has been used with organizations, leadership teams, and institutions across sectors — and is now being opened to the broader DEI community in a pop-up format.
