As our communities and workplaces become increasingly more diverse, understanding different perspectives is important.  With the demographic shifts occurring domestically and globally, organizations must ensure the culture moves beyond barriers and stereotypes. Ultimately a workplace that embraces all differences drives workplace engagement and productivity. 

Research printed in the December 2013 issue of Harvard Business Review provides compelling evidence that diversity unlocks innovation and drives market growth. Additional research conducted by Catalyst.org  asserts that companies with the highest representation of women on their top management teams experienced better financial performance than companies with the lowest women’s representation.
