Global Diversity Collaborative (GDC) is a niche minority and women owned firm founded on the simple belief that great minds + great people = great results. We are a consortium of thought leaders with core experience in business, people strategies, diversity, inclusion, business development, market assessment and organizational strategy. Our experienced consultants have transformed domestic, global and non-profit organizations.
The objective of GDC is to utilize the results of effective collaboration to help organizations transform. Our overarching goal is to provide customized solutions and leverage thought leadership to implement transformational strategies for 2050 challenges.
